Please read before placing orders

1. Self Collection of Buddyrider will only be available at Tampines Street 21  and strictly by appointment only.
2. Please wait for confirmation reply from us before proceeding down to location for collection.
3. Please allow at least 2 to 3 working days for the delivery, as we will be using 3rd party courier services.
4. Payment inclusive of delivery fee have to be made before delivery/Self-Collection can be arranged.
5. Credit card tax is non-refundable once the charge is made.
6. No Refunds will be accepted once the box has been unsealed or product has been damaged.
